GRAND MASTER'S CORNER

A proposal to all members of the Order of the Holy Sepulchre

My warm greetings to all members of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem.

Upon my arrival at the Order as Grand Master, I wanted to reflect on how I can be present not only at central offices and occasionally at Investitures, but also relate more closely to you, the Members of our Pontifical Institution. Ours is a "large parish" and, as in all large families, sometimes distance and numbers can make relations less personal. I wanted to create initiatives through our existing means of communications to enter into dialogue by listening to your questions and offering food for thought.

So, on our website www.oessh.va you can find the Grand Master’s Corner, which hosts the reply to one of the most significant letters that I receive.

I would prefer questions relating to our Order, to its life within the Church, our Christian life, our commitment in the Holy Land. I would like your questions to be less formal and more authentic, while always respecting the norms regarding data protection and confidentiality.

You can send your short letters at the address fcf@oessh.va indicating the "Grand Master's Corner" as the subject or by post to the address of the Grand Magisterium (OESSH - 00120 Vatican).

To communicate is to get involved, to dialogue is to get to know each other, to talk is to grow in mutual respect. In the hope that this initiative may bear good fruit.
